Carol, how exciting, I have never had the courage to enter anything.. So proud of you
Wow, awsome achievement Congratulations!!
Congratulations Carol!!!
Susie I love your quilt. I saw that pattern the other day and thought I would like to make one for a boy one day. I think it looks great remember, there is no quilt police. The blocks arrangement makes it your own. Good work!

Very pretty quilt Pam. I love the purples and green blend. Is it a dissapearing nine patch?
Congratulations Carol, way to go! All those ribbons to put on your wall. Maybe you can make a new quilt with all of them! Lol
Pam very pretty quilt
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Marge thanks ,I loved your idea on the red border and finally found some fabric in my stash that was so close, its hard to tell its not the same. Thanks you . Barbara
thanks Pam , Its my first challenge ,
Carol thath is wonderful ,We are so proud of you .. Yee haw
Angele--I did the same thing when I saw it. Then I found out my sister was having a boy and I was SOOO excited! Most of my family has girls, so a boy was a very welcome change in color combinations!
Thanks to Barbara--I learned how to do machine applique. It's still a challenge, and I'll get better, but it was great fun and quite the learning experience.
I also learned that I need to make sure I leave more space on the edge for squaring up the quilt when it's all put together. I got really close on the one side to the stoplights.
Thanks to everyone on the nice comments about it. It's so awesome to hear that you did a good job from other quilters who can "see" all the little flubs.

I have finally finished a project...LOL> I finished putting my borders on to the Round Robin that I am working on. For some reason it took forever....too many HSTs...LOL> I have also almost finished a thread catcher / pin cushion combination to take to retreat for a door prize. Maybe I can get back to the fall charm swap blocks that I have been working on.
congratulations Carol
