EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
while on vacation, I stopped a quilt shop and found the cutest pattern for a narrow runner. They had the runner on the top of the toilet tank. It was so cute, I had to have it. So tonight, even though I worked as a cook for 10 hours, I cut out the material to make 2 of these little runners cuz we have 2 bathrooms. It is as quilt as you go and I will post a pic when I get one of them together. Because it is very important to get it lined up just right and I am extremely tired, I will start the sewing in the morning since I dont have to be back to work until 2 pm.
Donna we look foward to seeing it .
Barbara,
Speaking of beautiful quilts I want to make the quilt I think you already completed Sylvia's Bridal Quilt. I can't find the name of the book that I need to buy to make it. Can you tell me the name and direct me where to buy it.
I want to thank you in advance you have been so helpful to me getting my start in quilting.

What a good idea, Donna! I'll have to think about doing that.
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
there is no end to the places we can put a quilt. I have a friend who made a pieced shower curtain. Lined it with plastic. A little dark for my taste but effective. Bargello if I remember correctly.
MNnancy and all here are pics of the mini runner as promised. It is so cute.
Thanks Donna, it is cute! Love the colors.
