Happy Birthday Diana! Today is my brother's, Tueday is his wifes, and Wednesday is my un-brothers. IF Dad were alive, his would be on Thursday. Today also is un-brother's daughter (my un-niece) 2nd birthday. ...All of the coolest people are born in January! LOL
Quilters are people who strip so they won't go topless.
gini: One guy actively avoids me, turns and scurries the other direction when he sees me.
This isn't anything like the wet suit is it? ; ) Congrats on the granddaughter. How precious!
Diana, Happy Birthday tomorrow. Wish I could go to Cracker Barrel with you. I like their Chicken and dumplings too. A favorite with me too. Ginny
gini:We are having a granddaughter, and just going by her first pictures, she is another beauty.
Oh, goodie, another princess on the way!!! And now you know what color quilt to get started on!

I wonder if, someday, there will be a princess fighting princess over this most loved, and well used, grandmother! I think Gini will just be over the moon again with this coming little princess. I have no Grands, but my sister who has 9, says there is nothing like it.
Got my two post cards ready to mail. Decided I do not like the paper fabric. It gets glue on the sole plate of the iron while I am trying to get it to stick to the fusible. Rats. Good thing I keep old irons.
Now, have two quilties to make, and one more post card by mid Feb.
I am now behind in my Romans Study and, apparently, the Galatians one also. Oh, well can catch up on those pretty quilt. Just a matter of reading now.
Better get in there and get the dishes done. Dinner was easy tonight. Grabbed some homemade soup out of the freezer. Easy and sooo good.
Been fiddling with some of the beads I took out of the kiln this week. I was inspired by the fabric Brandy is usin' on her Must Dash Quilt for this one. DD is a huge NCIS fan (Bet you can guess who her fav character is....)and that little pink bow just seemed to fit for her. Thanks, Brandy.
Who's the Big Cheeze?
The Mousie on this one started out to be something else entirely but it decided it wanted to be a rodent instead. i'd made the cheezes for another project, but they seemed to want to want to be here instead. *shrug* Who am I to argue?
Sukochi,
Nan
Just love the bracelets that you made, CC. Of course, I also loved the heffalump and the owls that you did the other day also. Your creations are so cute. Ginny
I just wanted to thank Sukochi for the 19 for my age. I was married at 19...does that count?
Got pictures from my DSIL the last couple mornings. First said -14 degrees on her car thermometer. I told her I was glad I wasn't up there. Next morning it read -22....brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Got a picture of a niece who got a new tatoo in memory of her grandfather. A rose with the saying " I Love You" in Polish. It's what he always told everyone when he saw them and when they left. It was beautiful.

I am so excited! I bought a 1948 Singer 221-1 Featherweight Sewing Machine Egyptian Scroll Face on ebay this evening for an excellent price. I'm having it shipped to my daughter's house since I will be there on 2/6 for 6 weeks. I can hardly wait to get there to see them & my new Featherweight. It has the same year of birth that I do!
