Where do you find a knucle on a pig?? They have cloven hooves. No toes.

This weekend, I read "Wild Goose Chase" a novel I got from Carhy, my SS. what a fun book to read. I had never heard of this author but it was exactly what the doctor ordered. It made me smile. So thanks Cathy, yours is a gift that keeps on giving. The batiks and the pattern are next on my list.

Chicago! It's so nice to hear from you. It had been a while since I had seen something from you and was concerned you were an ice cube somewhere. I see the quilting bug bit you good! I wish I could help, I don't have any sewing table, but I'm sure someone close by will be able to help.
im curious, did you manage to get all the quilts you wanted for the centre? Are the men who get those quilts keep them or they are used by the centre for all their clients?
please, be careful if you decide to paint. Take your time and don't overdo it.
stay warm!
Who in their right mind dreams of an Alaskan vacation when it's 20 below zero outside the house??? Well, it was too dang cold to even take the dog out for her walk, so what better thing to do than spend the entire day on the computer planning our July adventure? I've got the cruise booked and plane tickets purchased. Over the next week, I'll get the cabins and hotels rented, and the buses and trains reserved. Should be lots of fun! Does anyone know if there are quilt shops in Alaska?

Chicago, I am sure, where you live, there is a really nice sewing desk, somewhere, that you could get. For the cost of shipping a desk, you could buy a really nice, new one there.
Glad you are back home safe and sound Barbara! So you went to Thea's to make her work? Hmmmm well what are friends for??? Those 11 quilts, are they all yours or are you quilting some for others as well? Are you doing them all on your DSM? Wow you know I'm asking all these questions because you impress me with your talent. This quilting is going to turn into a full time job you know?
have fun and don't forget to take breaks once I. A while!
Got to the Dr. yesterday, he said it could be viral or bacterial. I have a touch of bronchitis too. Got 3 prescriptions. Antibotic, Singular (which helps the lungs too) and a cough syrup w/codene. The coughing is little better, but when I do it is crazy. I did sleep w/o much coughing, but I wouldn't say better because of cough medicine . . . I did quilt a block on Nolan's quilt, so that made me happy. Going to try to do more today, did the dishes yesterday. DH is getting the laundry room cabinets installed. I love having more and nicer storage!
Well, that is what I was up to and am up to today. :-)
Everyone have an awesome day!
Spent six hours at hospital for niece outpatient surgery. Today i'm back to moving furniture even though I'm so tired just not getting enough sleep lately. Thermometer at my house outside is reading 8 degrees in mich. Winter is here.
