That is brilliant news especially the no pain part. I gave managed to get an appointment with my physio tomorrow I know it will hurt but it will be worth it in the end especially as only 11 weeks until we fly to Denver to ski at Winter Park. I look forward to skiing every year so I need to get this back sorted ASAP .

Well, I tto went to the Doctor today - actually went to see the vascular surgeon at the wound care clinic. Said I don't have to come back for 2 weeks , but the wound may be completely healed by that time and If so I don't have to return. He feels it should be pretty much healed before then... Then I can become more active with exercise and begin my weight loss and exercise plan.. Ginny

Nana:I just got back from my final followup visit with the Dr. Passed with flying colors. He has released me to go back to driving and to work back up to the normal activities. Everything in the neck has healed well and I have full ROM in the neck. WooHoo. And the best part...NO pain. DH has decided that I can start splitting wood. He got a laugh at that one and a H--- NO....LOL>
