Answered prayer! The boys are back at Nan's. Someone fond them, 8 blocks from her house. They called the NC shelter and then Nan. She said she should have named them Moose and Houdini.
Thanks for the prayers as they worked. I did decide to name the bigger one Moose and other one Max. moose is the ring leader, no idea where they got out but a man about 8 blocks away found them cold nd soaked nd ebathed them and put them on Facebook. I never even thought of that. The dogs did have their shelter tags from NC on so they called ere and got my number this morning. So all is safe and sound!

Nan, so glad to hear they're back. So many dogs get loose and are never reunited with their families. There are so many places to look, and FB is one of the last I would have thought of. I don't how many people would go to PetFinder.com, but that's a great place if you find or loose a pet. Also, I'm surprised they're not already microchiped. Ours always are before they're adopted. Of course, someone would have to check for the chip. We still have our little guy. It's been more than a year, and there's no reason why he's not been adopted yet. He's totally, of the box, ready to go. No assembly required. Did we get pictures of your new guys yet? Here's Benito (Almosthomefoundation.org in Chicago area).

Just had to share a poem my friend just sent me... has she got me pegged or what!? I was telling her about the estate sales this weekend that advertise lots of quilting fabrics and sewing machines... she replied with this:

ell, this is turning into a very interestingly disturbing day. I had to have my old car towed to where someone can put it back in running order. Thank you AAA road service. Then I went to put the new license plate tabs on my car and they were gone from my purse. OH NO! Well, after looking all over for them and going back to the grocery store, which was the only place I could have lost them, they didn't turn up. Then, I went to my safe to get the title for the old car as I am going to sell it. I couldn't get the safe open. I remember the number and everything, but the safe won't open. Now what!?? So I had to go to the Sec. of State's office to get a replacement title and to get another new tab to put on my new car license. I was going to get an immediate tilte, but they couldn't find the vin # in their system to issue a new title. They were taking the vin # from my old registration, so I couldn't get a new title, they will have to send it to me when they get everything straightened out.. Do you believe that, or what??? After everything else, I went to fill my car's gas tank---and--- the gas went UP 11 cents a gallon since yesterday. I am going back to bed!!! Ginny
