Yeah Barbara. Glad to hear Thea is feeling some better today.  And I too know when the weather is changing here too.  We are due to have your weather system head here tonight so the bottom will drop out of the thermometer.  Yeah Thea, you listen to Barbara, you hear?      Ginny

Frances,    DH and BIL were at home.  Only me and SIL went to Las Vegas.  You know the strory,  What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas......lol    BIL was in Vegas a couple years ago and regrets not doing it.  My DH couldn't do it because of medical issues.   But it was really fun.  I was raised on a farm and it was no different than swinging on a rope from the hay loft and dropping into a pile of hay.  Or swinging on a rope over a creek and dropping in.  Loved it.

It's a Date.....Diana (Bink) in East Tn.

Barbara, your compasses are beautiful.  I was going to try those but got off track with my surgery this summer.   I need to learn how to PP.  I signed up for the crafty class but haven't even looked at it yet.    Ginny

Barbara, your compasses are beautiful.  What are your plans for them? Are you going to make a quilt with them all or use them as something special on a bag or pillow?   Thanks for calling Thea and finding out she is better. I hope and pray she will listen to you and call your cardiologist tomorrow.

Cc we had snow but not half as much as you guys got.  We have a cold snap too...good excuse to stay in and quilt, teehee...

thanks Nancy for sharing the pictures of the houses and all those beautiful quilts such beautiful eye candy.

friday, I stayed home. I needed some rest  as I was so cold and unable to warm up. Finally I feel better.  I got a baby quilt finished and am quilting a big one for a friend.

to everyone I forgot, I'm sorry, I'm still in the fog.

So much fun to see what everybody is working on.  Some very beautiful work.

I have been making kimekomi balls to sell as Christmas ornaments at the bazaars, with the first one being this coming Saturday.  I think I am getting the hang of it, but it is still very slow.  I am making some with a western theme.  Lots of Natives/cowboys here. I also plan to do some with photo transfers. Here is what I have so far.
