EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
mkeiter@innovativecg.com:I trying to fine some instructions of how to quilt as I go method, any ideas? Thanks
Hi. I know others have talked about this, but I tried to use the search and was frustrated. Use a common word like "quilt" and everything that has "quilt" in it comes up, take out "quilt" and every "as" as a word or even part of a word comes up. Maybe I should have tried "go." Anyway, someone will know. A lot of us have had success going to you tube. You can find just about anything on you tube.
Welcome to the group. We really are a helpful bunch of people. I will post your question on a thread of its own, so that it doesn't get lost in this thread. I have never learned to do this either.

Try putting quilt as you go tutorial in quotations "quilt as you go tutorial"
I found this from MSQC http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rl_OPPpXNLM plus a bunch of others
Debbie-do: LOL I could just cut it into 3 pieces and send you each one! What would you do with 3 1/2 yards of 36" wide fabric?

Me too?? I have a table cloth that matches that. It was my grandmothers.
Quilters are people who strip so they won't go topless.
Fabulous job on your WCQ, Barbara!!
Thank you CC.
Barbra, that is really beautiful work. Very well thought out and precise. You should feel very confident moving on to a bigger project.
Vivan ,thank you , I plann on it but I have some other things to do first ,then I will tackle a bigger one. I really wnat to do it so I will not let it slide .. Barbara
Thanks Debbie. Never thought of using quotation marks. Always learning something. I always learn something when I speak up and my ignorance shows. I have been a learn as I need it sort of person. I first did nine patches by cutting the individual squares out and sewing them together.
Debbie, I was just kidding. You keep your fabric and do something wonderful.
Barbara, Beautiful!! You must be very proud of this masterpeice.
