I cannot sign up to QNNtv.com. I use the shopping cart, and whether I try and pay or use the shopping cart with coupon it tells me my cart is empty. I am very frustrated. I have emailed them with no reply. Any suggestions?

Katherinez, I watched it about a week ago and now I'm off too. I will try again sometime today and see. Hopefully it's only a glitch that will be fixed.

I haven't been able to get on yesterday or today. I'm hoping this is fixed soon.
Is anyone still having issues trying to get on to QNNtv? Their tech support even tried resoring my access, but I still can't get in. Every time I try to log in, it just brings me back to the home page. When I try to use the QCA coupon and add it to my cart, it makes my cart empty. I'm just baffled by this.

Hi Claudette. Nice to hear from you too. Sorry about the issues. Don't understand why it's working for some and not others. Must be the shopping cart thing....Hopefully they'll work it out soon for you.

Try the link and see if it works better for you.

No, I've tried that again (I tried it after Stephanie suggested it too) and I still can't get on. But I appreciate the suggestion!
I just tried to log in and got on just fine. Call the 1-800 # and talk to them - probably just a slight glitch - when I renewed last time they had to redo something as I had a big problem with it - had to get a new login name not the same for the first time - different from QCA... but they fixed it quickly.

Joni. From the QCA home page click on QNNTV in the top right tool bar and follow the instructions. There is a code you enter for payment. It's a bit confusing as it looks as if it's going to cost you money. It doesn't. Each year when you renew your premium membership you have to go through this step once again.
