i still haven't received any e-mail confirmation or anything thru the mail yet the money's been taken off my card and it shows i'm a member but nothing from joanne's or anything else still waiting
Pat, your page shows when your membership became effective. Also, on the home page, look to the column on the left. Click Welcome to QCA, click on Getting started. . , click on Step 2. .. then click on deal and discounts. You will notice a lot of other helpful information as well.

I wondered the same thing. I was asked at Joann for my QCA membership card. I showed them the Joann discount card, but haven't received a QCA card yet.

I was just reading about the "Money Back Guarantee". If you decide that you're not happy within 30 days you can get a full refund. I'd say that they wait until after the 30 days to mail cards and such, in case you change your mind.
