Hello Everyone,

I just joined today :) I have been quilting for 4 years now. I started with crib size quilts when I was pregnant with my daughter and just recently finished my first bed size quilt. I look forward to meeting everyone and sharing with you all.

You are going to really enjoy it here! We have fabric swap and all sorts of different groups to join. You will find your favorites pretty quickly!

Hi Janet.  Nice to have  you with us.  You will enjoy it here.  Lots of ideas, support, and fun.  Don't forget to check out the groups, there are so many.  And last year we started having retreats.  There is one going on now in Virginia Beach.  (Babes on the Beach). 

This can be difficult to navigate, until you have been on a while.  There are lots of instructions on the left side on the Home page.  But don't hesitate to ask if you have a question.  We will look forward to your input as well.

It is so much fun on this site. I've met some very friendly people here. I really enjoy quilters and now I am one also. We can all learn so much from each other here. You will love it here. Enjoy.

Welcome, Janet!  there are quite a few from your part of the Country, maybe you could find someone near you. My DH is from California but now we live in Florida. If you have q question just ask and someone will try to answer. Hope your enjoying that sweet baby that got you started on your Quilting journey.
