I participated in MQ5 and really enjoyed it. I have talked a couple of friends into doing MQ6 with me this time. It will be fun to watch what evolves each week. Time to cut, stitch and bind. Looking forward to what is instore.
Hi Laura and nice to meet you. I wanted to let you know that we just finished MQ7 so the next active MQ will be 8 (as far as I know). I see no reason why you could not the the MQ6 on your own and if you have questions I'm sure those who have completed it would be happy to help you. MQ7 was a very short one and a lot of fun to do. Again, Hi and welcome.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Well, here it is 2013 and I FINALLY got my MQ6 quilt all done. I procrastinated on binding it because I totally dislike binding quilts. I don't have patience to hand sew the binding on, so I used my machine, and oftentimes it isn't the best quality because I'm still learning.
Anyways... here are some photos of my finished quilt...
