Have a great day everyone, not as sunny here as it has been, guess we'll have rain for a week or so the forecast says. I just keep thinking how green everything will be when the rain has past.

Jen,

Wow how beautiful, I will do this quilt again, since this was my way of learning to follow instructions in quilting, I decided to use their fabric.  One problem so far the appliqué templates were not in the setting kit, called the company they said they would email me and send via us mail.  It has been a day and no email yet, I will be patient.  I will take pics of my blocks later

Lashawn, Sheri, Marie, and JudyT... thanks for you would compliments on my quilt in progress.  Lashwn, hopefully they get those templates out to you soon. Are you going to do a blanket stitch or satin stitch with the appliques. Im trying to do a combination of both as you see. I really had to work at the satin stitch..Im not real good at doing lots of circles and sharp curves with it yet... Yet..being the key word.. practice practice practice..is what Im told.. LOL :) :) :) :)

Have a wonderful day ladies.

Here's a sample of my 4 squares, background and border (yellow). I used the Summer Breeze Jelly Roll by Moda. Got all 96 done and can't wait for the next step.
