Hi,
I am new to QCA and the Messageboards. I am an American living in Toronto (temporary-Hubby's job assignment for 2 years). I have been quilting since 2009 and love it! I enjoy show & tell and trying new techniques. Looking forward to being inspired and learning some new things!

Darlene,
I am in the West End - Etobicoke.
Have you lived in Toronto long.It is hard to find a LQS.I sometimes go to sew sisters when I am in west end.
Welcome Dee.
Hi Dee and welcome to QCA, I look forward to getting to know you. I hope you will share some of what you have been doing. BTW, we love pictures.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
I've been in Toronto for a year. When I first got here, there was a shop called Quilters Palette in Etobicoke, but they closed. I've been to Sew Sisters (very nice shop), Ruti's Needlebed and the Quilt Store. Unfortunately, none of them are very close but they are all really nice shops with a good variety fabric.
Welcome to the QCA....I'm new too! We can learn together!
Welcome to QCA Dee.

Welcome, Dee. I was in Toronto on business once. A very clean city I seem to remember. I worked for Hallmark Cards, Inc. - International Division and was visiting our office there. Have fun on QCA.
Nice to meet you, Dee! How is your winter this year?
