I'm glad I don't have your guest....we only get alligators but they stay close to the lagoons.

Cathy, you can have your alligators.  I'll take our bears and deer anyday.  At least they don't try to eat you - the bear just lumber away and the deer just run, except for the youngster that peered in the window!  Wish I had a camera around my neck at all times, even in the house.  Never know what you will see here in the boonies.

My deer like my compost and I have been feeding them sunflower seeds that the birds don't seem to like.  They love them and will look in the windows to see where I am and remind me that they are there for lunch.

We're home. We're fed. We're tired. See you al when I wait up again...

Wow do i feel dull and boring,

The most i get are Grey Squirrels (thank you so much for these) and deer although bird wise we get a fair few Blue Tit, Great ***, Robin, Gold Finch, Gold Crest, Red Kite and Woodpecker oh and a very tiny wren. no bears, or alligators over here in England, however i am prepared to share the rain with you we seem to be going towards 40 days and 40 nights of rain.

lots of love

Yeah, I finally have the internet again, now to catch on everything.  We got our household goods last Monday and the house is pretty well put together.  There are things that still need to be hung on the wall so dust mes can be put away and some other organizing but it feels so great to finally be in our home here.

YAY, Margaret is home again.  So, glad you are mostly settled in the new house. And, getting familiar with your new town/area.  When will the sewing room get done?  Time to quilt is headed your way.
