Margret, I was on line looking at the real estate in Apple Valley and it seems to be reasonably priced.  Quite a price spread though, some half million dollar homes and some in the 150K range.  Was Apple Valley hit with the foreclosures?  I am  suprised to see them listed as such, we don't tend to do that here.  If it is a bank repo, it is just listed like anything else and sold that way.

Good luck finding just the right home for both of you.

Wow AppleValley, California!  That was where Dale Evans and Roy Rogers had their ranch and actually lived there.   I lived in Lucerne Valley and went to Victorville High School.   I also attended Sierra High lived in Bass Lake and road the school bus 2 hous each way.  Attended Santa Clara High, Bakersfield High, and Willow Glen High, all in California many many years ago   I abosuletly loved the desert.

Small world we live in today!

BUSTER is free, healing great and no longer wearing the collar...he was such an angel, but is positively in heaven without it!  Buster and Dutch played all day long, they exhaust e themselves, rested and then started all over again, inside and outside.  Sun was out yesterday and all 3 were sunbathing.  I will probably have to get sunscreen for Buster's nose, it was definitely pink last evening.

I looked on the mesage board for long arm and for threads but didn't find them. I most not be looking at the message board right. Where on the message board do I look? Thank you so much for your help. This is what I am doing today=working on a hand applique block=just starting to turn the edges and put on the backgound material-and learning to use QCA better/ I get many emails but can't find the threads to make comments. It is very frustrating as I have a passion for the long arm and the more I learn the better I will get and there are so many good tips in the emails. Thanks Bettie

Betty, when I receive an email that I want to comment on I click on the title of the email (this one says Re:what are you up to today) and it brings me here on QCA directly to that thread.

Happy Heart's Day, Ever'body!

I'm actively climbing Mt washpile. Only got a day behind with the repairs, so it's not as bad as I feared it would be. I Should be back at basecamp by nightfall.

Already been to town this AM. Had to drop hubby's work car off for servicing, pick up a few misc at the store and stop in at the shop to deliver valentine's to my guys. Hubby's happy - He got to tag along and poke around in dusty corners. He just beams when he gets to see a new fossil.

The kids got their loot this AM and went trundling out the door to deliver all thier loves to their friends. Jr was so cute - he's so excited about the class party that he could barely get his snowpants on and run to the bus. DH and I will sneak into school and deliver treats in time to watch the fun.

My housework is calling. 'Spent too much time in the car and not enough running the vaccuum this week. Better get on it...

Patti

Happy Birthday.  Hope you have a great day.  Haven't seen the Pickles fabric but will have to check it out.   You aren't plump ....  you are just well developed.
