Annie - Very, Very, Very lovely! What size did you make those blocks. Either the flowers in front of it are really huge or your sampler is wall hanging size - LOL!

Thank you all, I was very pleased with how it come out.  All the fabric is just  - delicious.

Marie, DH asked, "Where are you going to put that?  I said.  "I'm going to hang it in my Civil War Room"  lol

Well, don't have a CW room so my living room had to do.

A couple of months ago, someone on this board (I believe it was Nana?) posted her picture of a Juliet bag.

I loved it so much, I bought a pattern, but have had too many projects going to work on it.

Well, last weekend, my daughter and I FINALLY got to sit down and get some quality sewing done, together.

It was so easy! It probably would have only taken a full Saturday (if we'd started in the morning).

Here's her bag:

 

We're working on mine next. It'll be black and white with a pink sash. She loves it and I think she did a great job (she's 11.5yrs old)
