No quilts today.  Worked on pillowcases for ConKerr Cancer.  Sewed the "hot dogs" for 12 pillowcases and got them pressed and trimmed - ready to start the side and bottom seams.  Won't get around to finishing them tomorrow or Friday as I have other things on the agenda.

Tomorrow is another of our applique classes.  After class, I will leave my Janome with Ken at the LQS for a going over in preparation for the VB retreat.

I worked on a block of the month square today.  I had to re-do one that I did yesterday because I made a boo-boo when I cut out the first block!  I cut out a 12" block when the patters said to cut out a 12.5" block:-(  Oh well - good thing I have lots of stash!  This is a mystery block of the month quilt and I have decided to use up a lot of fat quarters I have on hand to do it.  I was tired yesterday when I made my block so today I made sure I had enough steam to do it right:-)

Joyce, love your quilt. Great colors and I love that wavy edge with the pointy corners.

I worked on a quilt today, finishing piecing quilts for a wedding gift. First one is for my step daughter, second one is for her husband to be and third one is for his 8 year old son. The little boy is always wrapping up in the quilt I made for my step daughter a few years ago, so I figured he needed one of his own. I will give all three to them as a group wedding gift. Now I just have to quilt the things.

The one below will have some grassy designs quilted into the tan blocks.

The boy and his dad are avid hunters and fishermen so I thought outdoor scenes would be appropriate. When I asked my step daughter what the boy's favorite color was she said green and red. He wants to only wear those colors. .

These are really gorgeous wedding gifts. Wowie! They are beautiful!  I would take turns sleeping under each one each night and then start again- each one is so different and I love the detail you did on them. Beautiful work!
