I tried a new batting today. It is Quilter's Dream Orient ....a blend of bamboo, silk, and cotton. Oh my it feels luscious and drapes beautifully. I will definitely use it again.
I am trying to work on a quilt today. I am now repeating to myself:
If Plan A didn't work, the alphabet has 25 more letters! Stay cool!

Good luck with plans B thru Z......

Thanks for sharing your experience with this Nana. I have wanted to try it for a while now.

I think you will really like it. It is an awesome batting,. I also have a package of Quilter's Dream Wool but I haven't opened it yet.
I bought some wool too. It's not even. Parts of it have a higher loft than others. I think I'm going to have to use it in addition to another bat, or double it. If you can will you let me know if yours is the same when you go to use it, or if I got a bad bat.
Annie:I have completed a few small items
Both items are lovely Annie. You sure are kind to be working in these volunteer organizations.
Annie:And I finally got around to making
Two more beauties Annie. You sure have been busy.
Annie:One more quilt this week
Do you sleep too? WOW you're putting us to shame. WTG, Annie!
Nana:Does that count..
Yes everything counts, even thinking about a new pattern or browsing the magazines. : )
Yes, I quilted a few rows on one of my UFO's and made a couple of blocks on my newest paper piecing project. This one isn't quite as easy as the first one was, but it's turning out OK. I've had to frog a few of the blocks, but only have one block left to do.
