I have an active account at this time, I called once to understand why I could not get on QNNTV and a very nice person went through the necessary steps on her computer to make sure I recieved this service. I still can,t get on. The site tells me to do different things depending on the date that I joined... I have tried both , the first option will not take the code free2qnn and continues to ask me for in every time I try to complete , I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this site and much prefered it before all these changes. How am I suppose to be able to view the prgrams that were promised?

Hi Dana.  I'mm sorry you're having problems getting on QNN.   You do have to log in to QNN separately from QCA using your used id and password.  My id and pass are the same on both sites because I set them up that way, but it would depend on how you set yours up.  Had you previously set up your log-in info?  Was customer service able to get you logged in when you called before?

I would suggest you call cust svc again and have them check your acct and have them walk you through the log-in.  They are more than happy to help you and I know they want you to be able to use the site.

Hi Dana, The best advice is to contact the customer service as Sandy said.  We are unable to take you through those steps - I wish I could in some small way help you as the videos are just great - I have never had a problem and if you used to be able to sign in before QCA then you should still be able to sign in with that log in.  I never had to redo anything - I think that if you joined after QCA started that that is when it can differ... but I am just speculating - contact QCA customer service.  I have heard they are great.

O dear, just read ur account and it matches mine, too.  I have no idea of how I set up my account.  Darn!!!!!!!!

well, got to get back to the xmas projects before the day gets the best of me.  Calling customer service sounds like a good idea, I just emailed and they sent me the same infor about free2qnncs (?)  at least thats what I have written, will ck my emails from them first.  When I get more time, I will try calling.  Really miss Quilt Outloud, especially.

I joined in April 2009 and this is how I get to the QNN videos.  First I click on QNNtv.com l F&P On Demand in the green box in the upper left corner of your screen labeled My Dashboard.  Then I follow these steps (I push CLICK HERE in the first bullet point) I still have to sign in at QNN but I can watch videos.  I don't enter the code free2qnn I just sign in.  Sorry how frustrating it is for you, hope this works.

If you were a member of Quilters Club of America prior to May 20, 2009, follow these instructions:

Because this new website is on a different platform than QNNtv.com, you will now need to go directly to QNNtv.com to access your videos. Here's how:

  • Type in www.QNNtv.com in your browser (or CLICK HERE to go directly)
  • Once you're there, save this site to your browser's favorites folder. This will allow you get back there more quickly
  • Enter the same login name and password as you did on the "old" QCA site
  • Once you're logged in, click on Watch Now to search for videos. It will ask for a key word which is basically just a search word. So, if you're looking for all videos on applique, then use that as the key word.
  • Or click on Browse Programs and see a list of programs available to view.

Dana - I am having the same issue! Also frustrating for me. Did you ever get a resolution?

Did you get this resolved?  I have never had a problem - I just click on the link and i don't have to resign in ever - not like on here where I have to sign in every 2 hours...lol

I hope you did - please let us know so if not I can follow up and let Peg/Liz know about it!

that's funny, the part about resigning in every 2 hours, partly laughing to relieve my own frustration with this computer, which seems to have a life of its own and begrudgingly allows intrusion by outsiders.  : )  But then it could b just me.  : )

No, I havent gotten in and I just tried.  No, I havent called.  Infact, I was just thinking about signing off to get some other things on my xmas list done.  I guess I'm just frustrated with lack of time and so surprised that this was set up this way.  One month I'm enjoying the latest Quilt Outloud and the next month I'm locked out.  How did I miss that memo. 

  I've got 2 out of 3 packages left to send out.  Sent out the most expensive one to Scotland just yesterday - put off  sending two to see if I can find a cheaper cost.  The ones to Seattle and Hawaii wont be that costly, but have to find the stuffings.  : )  Fewer cookies to b made this year, thank goodness.  But everyone has to get a care package of the Louisiana Pralines I've made every Christmas since we lived there.  Gosh, too many years ago - where did that time go.

thea, i have to resign in every time i use it.  what's frustrating for me, is after i get there i have to go to the video i want to watch and by the time i get it all figures out i've forgotten why i went there in the first place.   so then i have to cime back here to see what it is i wanted to watch, write it down. and go through the whole thing again.    gini

Gini - I never have to resign in there - I am just signed in - now that I say this - lol - I will go and not be able to sign in - but maybe since I was one of the first members of QNNtv that it just allows me as an old fogey...lol

I don't have any problems there at all.  I did send Peg/Liz messages that there were some problems and they are on it.  They are so good.  It may take a little bit to figure out how to fix but they do get it done.

Althea, I still do not have the link to qnntv on my dashboard, and of course cannot join qnntv since I do not have the promotion code.  Please see what you can do to help resolve the issue. Thanks!

I am having the same issue

 I just renewed mine a few weeks ago

 days ago I was able to get on QNNTv, now I can't

What is going on.

 Also when I called they said I don't get Fons and Porter I  watched it before , Now is not included in the package deal to join QCA> Don't understand that at all.
