MNnancy: Yea! I got the March blocks done while it was still March! I used the spider web method (cutting away the background) for both blocks as I didn't want extra bulk. I'm afraid the dark fabric with stars that I used this month is giving my quilt a Halloween look. Once we have all the blocks done, I'll decide if I want to redo those two blocks.

I love your colors I finished my blocks too I will post them later . my blks all did not measure 12/.5 only the second one did .
I keep checking, and get admonished for looking. Guess they are going to make us wait until April this time for the April blocks. I feel like a kid, looking at gifts under the tree and wanting to open one before Christmas.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one!
Love all your blocks Nancy, love that it has the look of fall and not Halloween, I don't see any ghosts or goblins.
Craftsy has April's block up now!
Jacy: Craftsy has April's block up now!
Oh No! Now I'll have to tear myself away from Harry Potter. Don't know if I can do that. LOL
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Nancy - I like all of your blocks. I don't think the dark with stars makes it look Halloweeny. (is that a word??)

Yesterday I decided that I have too many projects and not enough time. I really want to do MQ6 too so I decided to stop doing the Craftsy blocks. My sister's birthday is Tuesday so she's getting Craftsy pillows! I used 4 blocks, made two pillows. I layered each with batting and muslin and even got brave and did some stippling. It's pretty bad. Maybe she won't notice :o)

I think your pillows look great and your stippling isn't bad at all.

These pillows look great. and she is gonna love them as I do!
Grammy Carole: I have a very hard time getting this months blocks completed
Grammy C
You are much too hard on yourself. You are doing a great job on these blocks- the colors and fabrics are beautiful. I really like your color choices. Now if you think you can't live w/ this beauty once its completed I know I can. <VBG> I think she's a winner! You are very good at putting fabrics together. Say that over and over but say "I am"!
