gini:
who's  starching to death.

I think it might be my string pieced blocks. LOL  I think I confused a comment you made about steam and starch.  If I had steamed these suckers they would have only stretched more.  My rotary cutter was responsible for the itty bitty pieces on my first blocks but I hadn't starched them.  Does that count as murder? Don't tell the quilting police.

Bonita:
I see no problem with them.

Thanks for your encouragement, Bonita.  Were you riding on a horse while gazing at my blocks?  The bias was killing me.  These are not the ones I did first.  No they're cut into itty bitty pieces.  LOL

Yes I was riding as fast as I could go. LOL Just kidding they are great.

Love your colors. I think the print is a floral but kinda looks like a fruit print also & all together they remind me ofa pack of fruit stripes gum...amazing colors & when you bite into a piece your mouth just pops....well, your colors look good enough to eat & I think if I bir into one it would pop in my mouth! I know I sound corny but I LOVE the bright colors.

Patti:

Here's my two sets of craftsy blocks.  I had started just with the ones with the green background, etc.  but then decided it would be better with a light background, so started another set in blue.  I don't know which are my favorite any more.

Patti, both are beautiful!  My favorite is the one with the green background.

Mimi:

I finally got around to my blocks for March.  Don't know how I'm going to use this quilt but this set gave me some problems.  I guess I won't be doing diagonal strip piecing for a while.

Mimi.  Your blocks are terrific!   I love your color combination.

I should have gone to a BC support group meeting today but I was in the mood to sew so elected to stay home and get my March blocks done.  I have introduced more yellow in these scrappy blocks and hope it will be okay in the long run.  I enjoyed making both of these blocks but will definitely use a paper foundation if I do the first block again as it is pretty heavy.

Very pretty Marge, they look a bit like watercolors.
