Kris,

Thank you so much! Your block is gorgeous! I am so glad you identified it for me as yours, that means so much to me that I know who do it.  This quilt means the world to me.

You're welcome Marlene. I think it's signed (I hope it is).

Today was in the low 60's. Quilt weather.

Quilt weather?  60's??!!  You are such a silly!  I'm happy to hear the quilt arrived in one piece.  I finished my own leaf quilt this weekend at another retreat and hope to get it quilted soon.  Thanks for the nice words on the stitching, but I really am still such a beginner.

Stay warm!!!   (60's, sheez...)

Dear Ms. Beginner Quilter (in your dreams) : )

I shall be sending you all my tops in the future.  If this is your beginning work- it works  very well for me, and I think it was pretty fantastic. So I will let you "practice" on my tops as long as you want. !!

I would put the A/C down to 60 to use my beautiful quilt y'all made me!  Remember 60's is cold to us, after living in 100+ degree weather! We know we are big babies.

I had a coat on this am to walk Ms Cricket and it was in the 50"s!  It was cold to me! ROTFLOL.  What a baby I am!  I might have to add another quilt to the bed. Which one shall i use? Luckily, I have a new one!

Hugs

Marlene

Marlene - I am so happy that you love your quilt --- though I never doubted for a minute that you wouldn't.  I was so tickled when Nancy asked me for your address and told me what they were up to.  I could hardly wait to read your reaction to their wonderful gift.

Now - Ms Cricket - you have your own quilt that Mommy made you so let her enjoy hers!

Marlene, I am so glad that you like your quilt. It was truly a labor of love. We all enjoyed contributing to the finished project, and I think it is great that some of the NE retreat got the opportunity to have their blocks included as well. I hope you enjoy it, and I am SO glad that you are on the mend. I can't wait to meet you at the VB retreat.

Welcome, new Marlene. Now how many do we have? I am losing count. Perhaps, we may have to number you Marlene's.

M. J., thanks I get confused looking at  the Corn Flakes box and trying to determine who got in the cupboard, during the night, and changing the Rice Krispies box.  Snp, crackle, pop!
