Hi every one I am with Nan I too love the sound of the fan it helps with air circulation. Non-smoker I do go to bathroom a few times a night. I can't wait to meet every one bunk doesn't matter to me. I do get up early usually sleep 4 to 5 hours a night . If any one needs a ride on the way let me know or you can drive to my house and I will drive the rest of the way if you would want to let me know.

I was so looking forward to going on this retreat. It would have been my first. But my DH got hurt at work, sounds like he will need surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and possibly something in his wrist too. So my extra spending money now must be saved for bills as we don't know how long he will be off work. Hope to have more information tomorrow, but its not looking good. Maybe I can make the next one.

I got my first massage for my Birthday last Sept. I decided on 30 mins only..and back, neck, shoulders. She also does my head and then I get my hair done afterwards. I have been going every other week ..decided on every week but got busy with life.....It is so nice, and I just tell her what not to do.. and now she knows me but mine are only $25 so I can get 11 for what yours would cost. Maybe you could talk to the person and see how they feel about not hurting me. Chiropractor tried to do massage years ago and I was like 'NO WAY' in first 3 mins so a licensed massage therapist may be different for you also. Have a great cruise. I would love to go on one..but I get motion sickness and claustrophobia, so not sure it would be good for me.

I will bring 5 bottles of wine I have..from New Zealand and other areas. I do not drink wine..migraines from nitrates.(I will have a White Russian though, also like Kahula and creme.) The wine belonged to my parents and both died last year. Wine was given to them by sister. We are estranged for life. (this is very positive for me). So things she gets from the estate will be handled by moving company and they do not take alcohol.. so did not know what to do and NOW I know.. Supposedly quite good wine!
Just checked cabinet, I also have 2 extra dry vermouths, and Cutty Sark whiskey.....I can bring that if anyone will drink it. Just let me know.
sounds like a good time will be had by all, but I really don't drink much, Sometimes with a meal . so I will watch and try not to laugh to hard..

I am so sorry to hear that your DH has been hurt. I hope everything goes well with him. I am so sad that you may not be able to go to the retreat but I totally understand.
