I renewed at some point (I can't remember) for another year but I never received the renewal package and new membership card. My current card expires at the end of this month and I was just wondering if it would be send then?

I joined about a month ago and havent received mine yet either.
It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to get the new membership info. If you haven't received it by then call
1-888-253-0203 and talk to customer service.

I joined a month ago and haven't received my membership card, either. I got my JoAnn VIP card a couple weeks ago.
So, if it takes 6 - 8 weeks to receive the QCA membership card, etc, then our ability to use the JoAnn's card (which requires the QCA card as proof to activate according to info I got in the mail yesterday with my JoAnn's VIP card) is useless for 2 months out of the 12 we have paid for the privilege? I guess in the day of computer automated processes, I would think things should be happening faster. I know my payment was received and processed immediately. Hmmm....

i was able to use mine.....before i got everything else in......JoAnn's honored it.....

I used the temporary card with my VIP card and JoAnn's honored it. There was no problem.
I joined about a month ago, and haven't received my new membership package or card. I would think it will be arriving soon. I am anxious to become more familiar with the club, it's members, and to learn from fellow quilters.
