Scooter:Well I am having with draws as it seems as if I have not worked on a quilt for so long.
Scooter, are new new to this club, or have I just missed seeing your name? Either way, Welcome!
Love your table. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas. We will have turkey and all the trimmings on Christmas but have been known to bbq for New Years .... even when the temps in below freezing. Glad you completed your class. Have fun quilting.
Thea, I love the hats and scarf and your tree skirt reminds me of a big pizza. Can you tell I'm hungry?
it's so great to hear from you. I've been wondering how you were. Have a happy Christmas. I miss playing cricket in the backyard.
Your new dining table is lovely.
I have worked on a quilt today. I have started quitling WOO and also finished another shoe block ...only have one more block to make and then can start putting them together.
I have just go into my sewing room and want to work on one more xmas quilt...Edith said she could have it quilted for me by Xmas so that is good.
Today was our Victoria's Quilts charity Xmas lunch and gift exchange...it was alot of fun. Cut some fabric for them but am dying to work on my stuff
The boys are insulating the ceiling so hopefully by Thursday we will be warm in the living room again...it was 38 degrees this morning in there...bbbrrrrr...40 degrees now....
I couldn't do it. If my house gets below 70 degrees I am freezing. I would be a popsicle if the temp was down to 38. Have fun working on your quilt.
haha...Nana that is just the temp in the living room...we are not using it at the moment..the other rooms are staying in the 60's which is what we have it at anyway...my sewing room is 69 as I sit and get cold if I'm not moving around alot...it will all be warm again soon
Pictures...we want pictures. Sorry your computer is slow. I was so glad to get rid of dial up.
Hi LadyRags. It's good to know you're still out there. We appreciate your checking in. Yes, if you can, please post a photo.
I completed my Star of Bethlehem wallhanging in time to hang for Christmas. It is small, only 32 x 32, but I had never made this pattern before and did not want to bite off more than I could chew. I didn't have any problem with the star points, but the corner squares took a couple of tries to get right.
Sandy, your wall hanging is beautiful. I really like it.
Beautiful WH. Excellent job on all the points.
lady rags congrats on finishing your quilt, i hope we can see pictures. gini
