Great looking log cabin. I have yet to try one. Spent all day cutting and embroiderying the center blocks for the chevy 454 quilt I justy started. Have to keep nose to the grindstone if I want to finish by Christmas. Or is that foot to the pedal. Whatever, I need to get it done. So of course I am behind on all the posts.
Have a good evening

Barbara,
I'm glad you got to finish the log cabin, it's beautiful.
I'm working on the hand embroidery for my "Winter Wonderland" quilt.
Barbara: Gini, thanks for the kind words, The RWB wall hangingis one of the first star quilts I made so yes the stars are wonkie,,,just cause I didn't do very well. but I still like it. The other is my Leap of faith from PWSC, and there is another one under the lc. I think I posted them on the show and tell thread. but I do it here again for ya...I had a really good time makeing the log cabin ,which is also for my PWSC, I need to figure out what I'm gonna use for the backing. gotta go thru the stash ans see what I've got.

Gini the red ,white and blue was one of the frist ones ,I just finished this one a couple of weeks ago , but thanks for the complement anyway...I had my doubts at first that it was gonna come out okay, I was pleased with the results..Barbara
your red white and blue quitl is really striking. i need to make one of those gini
Log cabins are so pretty. They are one of my favorite blocks because you can make so many different patterns with them. Yours will be gorgeous I know and I can't wait to see it.
You know what makes me nervous "feathers"...
