No quilting work done today. Does it count that I bought 2 used quilting books and a small quilted wall hanging at the thrift store and then roamed a quilting store?

Hannah, welcome to QCA. Thanks for posting your quilt. I love to make quilts that go together in an evening! I also love using strips, fun, fun.

Nana, your Bear quilt is beautiful! Someone is going to be very happy.

Jeanine, your Christmas quilt and accesories are very pretty. That sounds like a great scrap management system. Let us know how it works.

MN Nancy, can't say I blame you for not wanting to retire with the gators. However, I am 59 years old and have lived in FL all my life. I have never had a problem with gators. I do not live on a lake or pond and I stay out of their territory. I think I would be like Stephanie, frozen in place if I came face to face with a gator who wasn't in a cage. I might even prefer snow to gators. LOL, hopefully I will be able to continue to avoid them.

Kris,

Another beauty. How many blocks have you done now? Really like the other quilt as well. Hope you were able to sleep for that 5 hours.

Jeanine,

Love the fabrics in your Christmas quilt. Great idea to keep making projects, until the fabric is used up.

Thanks Stephanie. I'm not sure how many blocks I have made. I'll have to look through my photos to get a count. Seems like I've made a lot.

I did not manage to get any sleep until after the tests. Then I slept from about 1:30 to 9 PM last night. Problem is I wasn't able to go back to sleep after that.
