Joy, I am so glad that things are working out for you.  I don't know what I would do without my quilting right now.   I feel it keeps me balanced and calms me when other things go awry.  Good luck with your health problems.

Joy:

Thank you all for your answers and support...I AM NOT SELLING MY QUILTING STUFF!!!! WOHOO!  I thought I didn't have a choice...I have no insurance and some very serious health issues came up. My mom would not have wanted me to sell. It is my only therapy. And I truly love quilting. I did a lot of praying and walla! I found a way to tackle my heath issues and not sell everything!

I'm so happy for you!!

Oh Joy - I am so happy for you.  I could tell by your original post that you really didn't want to sell your stuff but felt you had no choice.  I am so glad things have worked out for you!!!!!

Joy,

I'm so happy for you that you are keeping your quilting stuff.  I have a brand new FQ sitting at home, I got it 4 days after I was diagnosed with cancer.  I immediately thought of trying to sell, but I'm so glad I did not.  It is sitting in Idaho waiting for me to come home and get it going.  I cannot wait.

Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love

Spud

I can hardly wait either.  I am anxious to see that first quilt.  You just need to hurry up and get well.

Happy to hear Joy. I agree with everyone quilting keeps me grounded when my heart starts to fall down due to life problems. Wouldn't have it any other way. I at one point almost wanted to sell to but glad I did not.
