Nana: Karla Do you move your needle just a thread or two to the right with your 1/4 in foot. This gives you a scant 1/4 in seam. Your block size should be right with this method. If you have your needle set for an exact 1/4in seam then your block will be just a little small.

Just checked and my needle is as far to the right as it will go.
You may have to move the fabric to the left to get the scant seam. Try that and let me know.
