Ramona, I used the hopping foot for measurement on the echo. The design on the butterflies was what was on the pattern, I copied it onto Golden Threads paper & quilted thru it. Everything else was winged. I'm just ecstatic with the way this came out!

Karen, I have a Halloween wall hanging to quilt and I was thinking of doing a free-hand spider web on it just for fun.....I'm sure there are pantos out there for spider webs too. I thought I'd look at a few images and see what I could come up with for free-hand
I am determined to quilt a quilt this weekend. Why is it so hard to have time for this lately????? Part of my problem is my allergies!! I am SOOOOO tired all the time it is hard to get motivated. I went to the allergist and he gave me an additional nose spray...a steroid one versus the other one I'm using. It's too much but it does seem to be helping. Hopefully, I will have a picture to post soon.
Here is the quilt I did last weekend for a customer. She had taken it to someone else but they had the minky backing all bunched up so she took it all out and I requilted it. Turned out nice for what I was dealing with. I didn't take pictures because my husband had my iPad so I just took these with my phone.

It is so much fun sharing quilts and quilting! I just finished a queen sized wedding quilt for my client. She used the french braid design in sea foam colors. I was really pleased with the way it turned out. The design that I used was a combination ribbon, spiral, vines and waves.
