Going to try and post a couple pictures of a quilt I made for a bridal shower gift for the daughter of a high school firend (can't believe she's old enough to be getting married!) I am hoping not everyone, particullasrly the bride, can't see the mistakes!

Cindy, I really like your quilt. I have black material just waiting to be made into a quilt and I need to get to it.
Margaret,
Absolutely stunning....it just pops. They will love it!!!
I am back from VT and I one of the first things I did was finish quilting this quilt. Now I just need to square it and bind it. Hopefully I can get it done tomorrow. Bout time! Wow, has everyone been busy. There are some beautiful blocks and quilts being posted.
Meggov your quilt is beautiful!!!

Mistakes? What mistakes? Looks perfect to me. Love your choice of pattern - perfect to show off a focal print and your beautiful quilting. Colors are perfect for a bride-to-be - so soft and feminine. Sure the groom will like it also even though it is flowers and PINK.

Love your quilt and the quilting. Looks like that took a lot of time! It looks great.
Meggov -
Your quilting looks great. Is this the Hooked on Feathers technique? I love the quilt pattern. I have made a Christmas quilt using it. I'm sure the bride will love it.
Thank you all for the engouragement! I also loved the fabric combinations and believe me - there are plenty of mistakes but the pictures were taken with a phone. I think it is "Hooked on Feathers" but I saw the technique demonstrated on one of the QNN videos and they didn't call it that - I think they called it "Cat's Claw". It took some practice but I think I am finally comfortable with it.
Bonnie - all your quilting is great! so much detail!
Wow Meggov,
I don't see any mistakes either! What a beautiful quilt! any new bride should be honored to have such a special gift.
Great Job!
