Grandma Sal,
The people who have asked to rent my longarm know nothing of the machine, so you have to at least certify their skill level. They also think that I should provide pins, thread, scissors and any other incidental that they might need. I also have my machine in my home so I would want them out before they finsihed their quilt and it would tie up my machine for a day or two.
NOT WORTH IT TO ME!

That we sure do ! Spuds
Welcome MT Nan and Kriss,
We all love to share!
Thanks Judy, I may have to look into that.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Welcome Sue R,
I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do!
I think I figured out how I can post from my iPad. I type it into my notepad, copy it, and then paste into the reply box.
I quilted my easy boat quilt tonight and will post pics tomorrow. Still do not know how to post pics from the iPad.

Can't help you with the IPad, but look forward to the pictures.
I posted these to another forum but thought I better follow up with what I started here so here are the pictures again of my quilted easy quilt.
It is very nice Jeanine, love the quilting.
Jeanine, You really did a nice job. The stitches look great even on the turns! Is that a panto?
Very nice, Jeanine,
I like the simplicity of it. Lately there seems to be so many really complicated patterns going on. This quilt feels refreshing! Not to mention FAST!
Panto Vision here I come. I should have some hands on experience to tell about next week. Plan is to pick up my machine on Tuesday with the Panto Vision installed and ready to roll. I dropped off my Tin Lizzie last week. I believe they said mine was the first machine they have installed it on that was not one of their Innovas. I'm getting excited to see it in action "live".

Hi Spuds,
My DH put a solar tube over my longarm and even on cloudy days the tube intensives the existing light.

Jeanine, Your quilts are always great to look at.
Grandma Sal: Is the panto vision a computerized set up for your long arm? There seems to be several out there right now. Here I am just learning to do free motion on my long arm and now have to compete with compters that do it perfect. Where's the justice. I am thrilled for you though. Don't know if I will ever have enough money to add to my Jewel. Right now getting ready to order some rulers and learn to use them.

A new toy, how exciting.
