It is a customer quilt. Actually, a friend/customer. I showed this quilt in a picture several months ago that raised quite a discussion of the fuzzy slippers peeking out under the quilt. Allyn started this quilt when she was 16 I think (she's now 18). Her mom is giving her the quilting as a present for her birthday which happens to be on Christmas Day. The flannel for the back is a hand-dyed batik from Sew Batik and is awesome! She will be glad to get this quilt done and to start using it.
Jeannine and Elizabeth, beautiful quilts. You all are getting so good at this. Here is my latest. Don't know if the christmas trees on the green border will show very well in a picture, but here it is

What a beautiful Christmas quilt. You did a great job on the quilting and yes, I love your trees. Just perfect. My hopes for next year is to start of Christmas quilts for each of our 4 children. Will keep your quilting ideas in mind for sure.

Very nice. I thought for a second the stitching on the red was gingerbread men.
