I was wondering if anyone was having a problem logging into the new QNNtv site? For some reason my current password and username has not been working since yesterday. :-( I miss my QNNtv :-)
I'm having the same issue. I emailed them this morning and haven't heard back--- but it's only been a few minutes.
The QNNtv.com site was relaunched yesterday, and some of the username/passwords did not convert. If this is happening to you, please email customer service:
In subject line, put: QNNtv.com password not working (or similar) and they will get you straightened out!
I had trouble getting in this morning with my username and password, but am now finding that almost every video I click on is the same preview video (with that ANNOYING music). I have only found one Quilt It movie that was actually what the description said it was. Something got lost in the translation to the new website. BTW, I really liked the old website. Why did you "fix" something that wasn't broken?
I've forwarded your QNNtv.com technical issue to customer service/tech. You should be able to view ALL videos - not just see the previews - so they'll check on that. Your comment about the music is noted. While there are always snafus with new site launches, the goal with this new site is to make it easier to navigate, search and use than the old site. We hope you'll hang in there as we iron out some of the bugs.
Appreciate your patience and your input,
I figured out the problem with not be able to see the videos (only the preview videos) was that I kept getting logged out~I guess something must "time out" if I walk away from my computer or pause a video too long? Once I logged back in, I could see most of the videos (but not all).
thanks for the hard work. I know having a website isn't easy...
I'm brand new here. My account worked for 1 day and already I want my QNNtv back :-). I sent an email to customer service last night and have had one reply that they had problems with the new website and are working to correct the issue. I did have to send back my full name, username, password, email, full mailing address and expiration date of my account - if I knew it. If you can't log in and you send them an email it might be faster for you to include this info. I hope they get it resolved soon.
I am having the same problem.........

Your not alone! I have e-mailed three different accounts and haven't gotten anywhere. I think I'm ready to try one of the phone numbers. I checked again this morning and still not able to log on. Not a happy camper!
If you haven't already, please email customer service or call 888-253-0203. I've also forwarded this to them. With web launches like this, we always have a bit of "muck in the middle" until it gets sorted out. Thanks for hangin' in there.
I haven't been on the QNNtv site before even though I have a premium membership. So, thought I'd try it out and had no trouble getting in and watching the videos. Only problem is I have a laptop with really poor sound quality so I can barely hear the dialog. I may need to hook up a speaker. Ugh, another thing cluttering my workspace.
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
You could also try some headphones. I use them a lot when watching videos, and you can usually pick up a pair in the $20 range.
Glad to hear the sign-up process for a new user was pretty seamless. Thanks for posting.
P.S. I should add, that the sound in the headphones will be better than what you're hearing from the physical speakers.
I am having the same problem! Says it did not recognize my username, even though I've been a premium member since 2008!
Yesterday afternoon I was able to return to QNNtv and use my same password and Username! I contacted customer service in the morning and was back on by late afternoon. Great service and want to send out a huge thank you to QNNtv's customer support!
If anyone is still having problems, you can contact customer service and they will take great care of you!
~ Tracy p.s. Thanks to everyone here on the message boards too~ You are are terrific!
I'm having the same problem with the password. It's frustrating. I have a new long arm machine coming this week-end and wanted to watch "Quilt It" before then.
