I love peanut butter M&Ms
I think it's coconut! never had one, not a big fan of coconut.
I didn't eat much while quilting. Too in to I guess. But, in case I get a munchie mood, I keep a jar of jelly beans in there. And, always a glass of water. I keep that up on a cupboard, away from the action.
Sukoch
I love Edemame, which is soy beans. They are so-o-o-o good to snack on.
No snacks, but I MUST have my Diet Coke.

I'm so focused on quilting that I forget to eat and drink! LOL But when I remember, organic, fair trade CHOCOLATE and fresh squeezed lemonade with a bit of honey. yummy!

Thank you Gini. :)
Welcome, SewChickie :-)
Snack food while quilting...hmm.. grapes, mini carrots, apple slices (better to cut them up if they're juicy), cashews or mixed nuts, pretzels, baked potato chips (I like Lays), chocolate (almost anything small I can just pop in my mouth), red licorice. I ususally have a glass of water with me, too, to wash down snacks & stay hydrated. At least if it spills, I won't have a sticky mess!
twizzlers. Red or black. I love them both. Mostly I try not to snack too much when I quilt since I don't need the calories. But give me the twizzlers!
I usually bring down cheerioos and a glass of water with me when I sew or quilt. I tried other things but I find it gets messy. Jelly beans would be good though or M&M too. Will have to try.

Angele, Jelly beans are my quilting snack of choice. They are not messy and just are good to munch. I have sweet tea, set up on a cupboard out of the way. Usually get so involved in what I am working on that I forget to drink it.
I tend to forget to eat or drink if I bring something up with me, but it's generally just water and right now trail mix because we have it in the house. Otherwise, it's just something quick and easy that I can just pop as I go.
Spice gum drops. But it's a secret, you're the "only one" I've ever told. Since no one knows it, they never come looking for them. (tee hee).
