I have a throw-size quilt top that I am hoping to send out to be quilted, but I want a quality job and don't have any resources to find a quilter. Can any of you recommend a professional quilter in the New England area, perhaps one who does a really nice job with feather patterns? Thanks all!
I'm not in New England, but I use Keepsake Quilting's catalog. If I were looking for a quilter in New England, I would check on their website or call them and ask who they might know in your area, or ask at your local fabric or quilt shop if they have names of quilters. Word of mouth is usually the best advertising in town. People will not recommend those that they have had a bad experience with.

Most quilt shops have long arm quilters on their staff or know someone to recommend to you.

You can also get recommendations from your local quilt guilds.

Looks like you have been given several good answers Stacy, so I wanted to say Hi and it is nice to meet you.
