Dear Sue,

Thanks for posting more info about your doll quilt here. Those blocks look like candy. I think it's absolutely yummy! Great inspiration!

Thank you Liz, I really enjoyed making this quilt i did two of them at the same time, it was like when you get started you just couldn't stop because it got me going through all my fabric and finding thing you for got about. It really got to be addicting. I will share a picture of my stash.

My room is full and they are by theme or subject.

Thank you for letting me share

Sue, your neatness is overwhelming!!!

I think I need to take some time to re-organize. I have big pieces piled on a big shelf and smaller pieces folded and stored in drawers in  plastic units with wheels and in boxes. My GGD said she would come over this weekend and help me and boy, do I need her help. I think she is hoping that I will throw some fabric her way as we go through the stash.

What a neat pattern! I plan to make some for my granddaughters in their 'special' colors. I like the clear bins for your stash. I've put my stash in color coordinated bins, (greens in a green bin, pinks in a pink bin), but it looks like you can see more possibilities at a glance with the clear bins. Guess I need to go shopping.

Sue - love your mini quilt.  I need to get some more storage bins for all the great fabric I have gotten recently.

Sue, I love your mini quilt and the wonderful colors you used.  I wish I had that much of a stash but I am just getting back into quilting so it will take a little time.

Thank you Marge (AKA Dimples) It was in an old book 1990 I save everything, but I have the time to sew now and I love every minute. The bins help me to find thing a little easier to locate.

Margaret W. thank you   Stash I have been building it for about 30 years or so but when I realized I was going to be retiring I built the stash. When you work have money will buy. When retire you buy in smaller quantity, and hope you find everything hidden in the stash you need for a project.

I only buy what I like that way for some reason it all matches in the end some how, for me.

Good luck on the stash
