I hope that there is someone out there who has a  copy of Quiltmaker magazine , the January/February 2002 issue. All I need is a scan of the directions and yardage information. I have the foundation piecing patterns which have appeared on a web page of Quiltmaker. The magazine is no longer available. Anybody have the issue?

Thanks, Joan

Joan,

I don't know if this is the pattern you were looking for but the magazine's website has an article about a pattern - Winter Twilight - on their website. This is the link:

http://www.quiltmaker.com/articles/Winter_Twilight

You might try a Google search for "Quiltmaker magazine 2002 #83" and see what pops up if no one here has the issue.

Good luck :-)

Eileen, that is where I found the patterns. It is the directions and yardage that I need and that does not seem to be available.  I think Quiltmaker is teasing me.

Joan, I see what you mean - guess I jumped the gun since I forgot to look for yardage.  Do you have quilting software like EQ? It can calculate the yardage for you after you put in the pattern & tell it what size quilt you're making.  Maybe other QCAers will know of other tools, too.

This pattern looks like it was a "web extra" and may not have included yardage.

Good luck - I hope you get the assistance you need :-)

Leslie, you took the words right out of my mouth.  I was actually getting nervous as I was going through my magazines, hoping to find the right issue.  It feels good to give back, Thanks again Leslie.  BTW my machine is getting serviced at the moment so I am out of service.  Pictures to follow soon.

Joan,

I can certainly scan the pages you need, or send you the issue if you want.  I will friend request you and we can exchange emails that way?

Annie, as I said in my private message, thanks. The pattern is REALLY beautiful and I have several ideas going through my head on the colors I want to use.

You have been a big help!
