I found some leftover strips froma Trip Around the World gone bad from several years ago.  I reworked the leftovers and came up with this bright little quilt.

OK I have designed a quilt and it has every other sq deleated on the last border.  This will give me a 90* angel to miter and a 90* inside corner to master.  OK so how do you do a 90* inside corner.

Marcia--youtube.com has a great video called Binding Inside Angles for Quilts and Sewing.  AliciasAttic is the creator.

Thank you so much.  I knew someone would have the 411 for me.  Thanks all.

Have a great 4th of July.  Be safe and please don't drink and drive.

My son is having a block party and invited the local cops.  Hopefully this will keep people from overdoing.  Also this way they can't complain on the Huge fireworks show he does each year!  LOL.

I am definately going this year as my health last year didn't let me.  Yeee Haww.  All my kids will be there.

God's love to all.  M

Hi ladies and Gents:

Wow!!! What an exciting two weeks. The first week was our shop hop. I bought lots of stuff. The second week has been our in house quilt retreat at our church. That is where we can take all our stuff and just leave it all week in our class room and come and sew, come and go as we please.l from 9:00A.M. to 9:00P.M monday through Friday. We are part of womens minestry at the church so the price for doing this is supporting charities. This year we are heloping out the Pregnatcy care center in our town. (we help them quite a bit throughout the year). This year they asked us to make quilts for the young women who decide to give up thier babis for adoption. They are comfort quilts that they give to each of the girls after they give birth. please visit my blog to see all the pictures.

Hi all, haven't been keeping up too well here. Haven't been quilting much either. Moving things around and almost have all my sewing equipment, and supplies out into the sewing lounge, yes that is what I shall be calling it. Instead of my sewing room over the garage lol! Having a bit of problem with Lizzie, the thread keeps breaking and my backing seems to be really too tight. Perhaps tomorrow I'll have everything moved and can play a bit with her.

The Quilt Daddy:

Beautiful quilt. Love the colors too. What about sending me a copy of the pattern. I would love to see it made in Christmas fabrics.

I bet it would be perfect in Christmas fabric as well.
