Trouble on QNN TV

I just renewed my membership and was following the instructions over on QNNtv.com.  It says I have to create a new id and password for my renewal.  It does say that I can use the old one.    It won't let me complete the renewal.  Can anyone check and see if my renewal is now due next year on QNNtv?

Hi Suzette

It is not necessary to create a new account when you renew at qnntv.com.  I extended your account at qnntv.com and fonsandporter.com with the discount codes for one year.  Those memberships are both under your email address,  different then your Club signin.

I bought the premium membership and have followed all of the steps for Qnn tv and created an account, however when I go to watch a vidro on that site it says I can't because I am not a member. I have checked to make sure I am signed in and really have no clue what else to do to solve this problem.

I did not receive an email and still cannot access the videos on the qnn site.
