Hi Sandy
I will be joining the MQ 4, it will be my first :0) I will be out of state so I may have to cut and sew by hand till I can back to my machine for the first few , I would like to know where I can find MQ 1 , 2 and 3 if possible. Thanks I am looking forward to this

hi there ..I am a newbee and i was wondering if you "sandy" hand quilt your quilts or do you have an HQ machine..
Love mystery quilts and have attended a one day summer mystery quilt workshop at Sandy Rice's shop in River John, Nova Scotia Canada for the past 2 summers and am looking forward to the 11th annual this July.
I hope to lead a mystery quilt workshop soon at our local quilt shop, Quilting on the Mira, owned by Ange Ross, a special lady with amazing talents. She is on demand throughout North America, doing workshops for Jenny Haskins.
Any heads up regarding the number of colors needed for this project or must I wait until the 4th of March.

Sandy H.:The MQ4 Group is being finalized as we speak and should be up any day now. As of right now, we are just chatting about MQ 4, and no fabric or cutting info has been given out yet.
I don't see MQ4 in the groups section yet. Sure wish I could find out the fabric requirements early. I'm going on 10 shop shop-hop on Saturday, and it would be fun to have that project to shop for.

Let the mystery begin! This will be my first and I'm so excited!
Yeah! I love doing Mysteries. It is the only time I go outside of my 'safe' zone. I use color combinations that I normally wouldn't and follow blindly with a smile.
can't wait,
