Ok Guys.

The next assignment has been posted.  It has been about 2 1/2 weeks since the first one.  I will try to post the next one on Jan 14.   If this schedule is working for everyone we will continue posting new blocks every 2 weeks.  Just let me know what everyone thinks.

I have also started doing my blocks as I pick the assignment so that I can make sure the cutting instructions are correct.  I have posted cutting instructions with each block so that you don't have to use templates unless you really want to.

Leslie

I did the first group in an afternoon from start to finish....including picking fabrics.  I also did the second group in an afternoon.   I think you should be able to get all of them done in plenty of time.

Argh!!!!!! I thought we weren't starting til the first of Jan. and here I am sitting feeling no pressure yet. Yikes Spike!!!!!! So I guess I'd better really get some fabric pulled and get going. Can't tomorrow for doc appt.and Joann sale trip but Friday I can cut and then the weekend I'll get going. I got over writing in the book and survived that trauma so I can handle this, no problem. lol

Oh, boy, oh, boy!

Diane

It really won't take long to get these first ones finished.  They go together fairly quickly.  It took me longer to decide on fabrics than it did to make the blocks....LOL>

Nana,  Your time table will be great with me.  I work best under pressure so I will be doing the assignment the last minute...

Thanks for spearheading this project.    Happy Sewing to all.
