Can you give me more information as to what is happening when you try to watch QOL? Let me know what is happening and I will try to take care of it for you. We want our members to be happy and you should be able to view the videos without a problem.

QOL is awesome! wynette since you are a fully paid member you should be recieiving it. If you aren't, you need to be contacting Customer service - we can report it for you but we can't really assist you in making sure the t's are crossed and the i's dotted.
when you call, it is a slight wait on the phone but they will get you taken care of. I checked to make sure you were in the US and since you are just give them a call and they will get you fixed up. No one should be missing QOL and soon
One last question, are you able to get QNNtv at all?
wynette, do call qca, they are really friendly and they bend over backwards to resolve our issues. this is a fairly new site and they are doing a great job, but there are still bugs they are working out. all the benefits we get here with membership is worth it. i know it is frustrating but just stick with them and they will get you sorted out. gini
