Hi All, Just joined the club. Sure hope I can figure out all the options. Am working on a rail fence using Kaffe Fassett materials. VERY BRIGHT! Have a great weekend!.

harolyn, welcome what an interesting name, can you share how you came by it?    there are a lot of great minds here willing to share info and help with problems that come up.  and everyone knows i can use a lot of help.  

 would love to see your quilt out of the fassett material.  i haven't yet bought any of it, because it is a little intimidating, it is so busy.  gini

Welcome to the group! It is a great one! So many ideas and lots of good fun had here. I love it! I hope you will too. Can't wait to see your quilt - I have a friend who just loves Kaffe Fasset materials. She buys them everytime a new line comes out. I look forward to seeing your rail fence and getting to know you better.

Thanks for the welcome Gini, I was named after my grandfather, Harry. My mom's name was Marilyn. Hopefully I will finish my quilt top soon and take a picture of it. How long have you belonged to this club? Have a fun weekend.

Harolyn, welcome to QCA.  I have a Rail Fence pattern but haven't made it yet.  Let  us know how it comes out.

Rail Fence was my first quilt also!  I did it with the strip piecing method.  How about you?

Welcome Harolyn. . .cant wait to see your rail fence. . .I made a rail fence for my son out of bright yellow; orange and red; accented in black (color choice was his). . .only problem was when I put it together I goofed somehow and ended up with a pinwheel design!  At least I was consistent throughout!!  I'm sure you'll do better!!
