E-mails are such a mixed blessing! Sign
up for e-mails and sometimes you get too much of a good thing...Opt out and you
might miss out on something wonderful. The good news is you can edit your
e-mail preferences on QCA to receive just the e-mails you want and nothing
more.
Want to stay up-to-date on specific topics without
getting online? In the
Forums, click on Forum Subscriptions
to choose which forums you want to get automatic e-mail updates from.

Just keep in mind that with this chatty
group you may get a LOT of e-mail. If that is not your style, you can
unsubscribe or change your e-mail preferences on your profile page. Here's how:
To change your e-mail preferences, go to
your Home page.
Click on the Edit My Profile link in the My
Profile box.

Click on the Site Options tab.
Conversations are e-mails sent to you from individual QCA members on the site.
Comments are replies to posts made
in the forums. (So if your in-box is being flooded with e-mail updates to posts
in the forums, you might want to select No
under Enable Comment Notifications)
You can adjust your preferences on
whether to receive either of these types of e-mails by clicking Yes or No in the Enable Notifications section below:

Do you want to get our e-newsletter? Further down on the same page, make
sure you list your e-mail and select Yes
to Receive e-mails.

Notice under Conversation
Configuration you can also choose who can directly e-mail (start a
conversation with) you via QCA.
