I hope my vote is in time. I vote for 15. The brown seems to tone down the bright pink a little. You all are so talented.

Everyone did a great job of using the ugly fabric. I had a hard time narrowing it down as I liked several. I finally decided that I had to vote for #17, the cute sailboat.

I personally liked both 13 and 17, as I feel they used the ugly fabric to great advantage, but all the ideas were probably better than I would have come up with!  This is one ugly fabric!

1 or 3 or 13!!!!! I really like 13..... It was just as creative as the other 2 but I don't think it was ugly. I'd use that block. Now down to 1 and 3......that's a toss up but I'm going with 3!! Only because it is appropriate for the time of year! But, ladies lets NOT do this in Branson!! You guys are tooooooo creative!  And those quilts everyone is showing........WOW! Amazing! This looks like a grand retreat!!!

Number 17 for sure! For sentimental reasons too lengthy to explain here, sailboats always win for me! Anyway, I just love the simplicity of it and the pieces are so nicely done.

Hi Kris, and all others.  Everyone did a great job on this activity but I really like #13 because of how well the colors are balanced and the use of the "ugly fabric."  It's cut small enough that it's no longer ugly.

I like Number 2. They are ALL great and the creative juices must have really been flowing! I hope that fabric has been retired.

I live 7 and 11 and think these two could be used together in a quilt.  If you need it nailed down I'd have to say 7.

This proves there is no such thing as an ugly fabric -- in the hands of creative quilters.

Very tough choice amongst all of them.

I voted for 14.

I think this is a great example of how many talents and creative ideas can come from the same starting point! All the blocks are great! I'm glad I missed the voting because it would have been very difficult to pick any out that I didn't love!
