Why is this contest open only to U.S. residents?
We value all of our members, whether in or outside of the U.S. While we wish that it was possible to include everyone in our contests, it isn't. Holding contests has complex legal implications and you will find that many contests are only valid in the country where they originate. This article gives a good explanation:

Congratulations to our three lucky winners!

Anita S. from Viborg, SD: Rotary cutter to make cutting a snap.

Joe D. from Thibodaux, LA: Rotary cutter, make cutting go easy

Juliann K. from Austin, TX: The rotary blades, because they stay sharper longer.

ITs always nice to have new scissors and cutting implements.  I would be so lucky to be picked the winner.

Whether I try to enter the contest from here or from Facebook it brings me to a Survey Monkey page that thanks me for having responded to the survey. What survey? Am I entered in the contest or not? It used to be easy to enter, not any more!
