Congratulations to our three lucky winners:
Sewingtchr: I love, love, love Aurifil
thread! If I had more of it, I'd use it on everything! At the moment, I would just
use it for piecing. I especially love how "lintless" it is, compared with
other threads I've used for piecing. I'd love to have this collection to use it
for quilting as well as piecing. Aurifil is AWESOME!
pegmislock: Hi, since my retirement in 2006, I've become a
fulltime quilter working almost exclusively on quilts to be donated to
charitable causes such as Quilts of Valor, Project Linus and pillowcases for
children and babies at I.A. DuPont Hospital for Children and the neighboring
Ronald MacDonald House. I've only just discovered Aurifil in the last
year and was thrilled that as a bobbin thread, it lasts significantly longer.
It's become my 'go-to' thread for everything. I love the fact that
I don't have to stop as often to change bobbins, especially when doing the
final machine quilting. This beautiful collection of neutral Aurifil thread
would be a tremendous help.
KrisTJ: I have been playing on my new sewing machine the last few weeks and I am piecing, appliquéing and thread painting. I love, love, love thread!
