Three Quilts by Midge

Here are pictures of three quilts I wanted to share:

1.  Indian Nations was inspired by a friend who is an Indian (american) dancer. I hope the detail comes through.   I became so frustrated trying to design this on paper that I just started putting it together.  I thought it worked out well. the quilting on it is all free motion.

2. Sunbonnet Sue is a baby quilt.  the "Sue" is quilting.

3.  A Child's Prayer is a baby quilt,  the rockiing horse and teddy bear are quilted in the hoop.

Midge,

Thank you for sharing your lovely quilts with us. I too love the Native American one. I can appreciate the work that went into all of the embroidery and great fabric choices as well.

The childrens quilts are adorable too.

Your quilts are nice.  I think the Indian Nations turned out very well.  It certainly peaked my desire to do something like that.  And I just love the child's quilt with the angel prayer.  Something I learned when I was small.

Really nice work on that quilt.
